VfC
Vison for Capel (VfC) is a long term project, involving the whole Capel community, and other interested parties, to develop the Neighbourhood jointly with Councils and the people who live in Capel
The steps planned to develop this project are described in this pdf document
The VfC document is available here on the right
- just click on it to access a copy
It is planned that this VfC will lead to a fully developed Neighbourhood Plan with our Parish Council based on community input
